My experience at Furrows of Telford Kia was positive on the sales side but, as a motobility customer, I was unaware that the car I have from them would actually make one of my disablemant problems get worse. The car has beeps and vibrations for everything and the vibrations cause the trapped nerves in my neck react with crippling bouts of pins and needles. The seating positions on a seat made of stone are poor and the high pitched hum from the hibrid motor/ battery can be very audible. In all my Niro is okay but with issues yet the motobility salesman I dealt with was good. However, I was not offered a test drive...

The staff at Furrows of Telford Kia were good because the sales person, Harpreet Kaur, was attentive, listened to what we said, arranged for us to have a test drive and told us that some vehicles of the model we had chosen were already in the UK in a compound. We had a choice of three such vehicles and chose one. This meant that we were able to take delivery of the vehicle much sooner than placing an order from scratch. She made herself available on the date that we chose to take delivery of the vehicle, even though this would not normally be a working day for her. She patiently showed us around the car and explained the features to us and took us through the initialization process. She then phoned me about a week after we had taken delivery of the car to check how we were getting on with it and answered a few questions that I had.
